Consultations

Consultation is by appointment, however, urgent cases may be seen on the day. Please advise the Receptionist if you require a long consultation (longer than 15 mins) when making your appointment.

Phone calls to Doctors

In an effort to maintain patient confidentiality and to minimise disruption, Doctors do not accept phone calls when in consultation except if it is an emergency. They may accept calls between consultations but will usually call the patient back.

Home Visits

Home visits may be arranged for patients living within a reasonable distance from the practice who are too ill to travel, have no means of transport or who are disabled. Emergency home visits may not be possible during surgery hours, in which case an ambulance should be called.

Recalls and Reminders

Please advise the Receptionist if you would like to be involved in reminder systems: i.e. for blood tests, follow-up procedures, diabetic management, asthma management etc. This service can be arranged for you.

After Hours Medical Care

If you require urgent medical treatment outside of practice hours, you may contact Sydney Medical Services on 02 8724 6300 and they will arrange for a Doctor to visit you at your home. Alternatively you may attend Westmead Hospital.

Privacy Policy

Patient records are stored on the computer that may only be accessed by Doctors and staff at All Saints. Patient’s health information and personal details remain strictly confidential and are only released to other health professionals or for research purposes (if the patient’s written consent is obtained).
